1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Ultravis platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. The service
The Platform monitors and analyzes brand visibility in answers generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems, producing metrics, reports and recommendations.
The Platform is in a testing phase: features may be added, changed or discontinued at any time.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for safeguarding your credentials. Activity performed with your account is your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other organizations’ data, overload or bypass security mechanisms, reverse engineer, or resell the service without authorization.
5. Customer data and content
Brand data, prompts and settings you provide remain yours. You grant us a license to process them solely to provide the service.
6. AI results
Analyzed answers are generated by third-party AI platforms and may vary between queries. The metrics shown are analytical estimates and are not a guarantee of business results.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform’s brand, visual identity and features are protected. Open-source components used remain governed by their respective licenses.
8. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows and outages may occur, especially during the testing phase.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on the metrics presented.
10. Term and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
