1. Scope
This Policy describes how the Ultravis platform (the "Platform") handles personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
2. Data we collect
Registration: name, e-mail and, with social login, the basic data provided by the provider (Google).
Service usage: brand data, prompts and settings you provide; technical access records (logs, IP address, session identifiers).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the contracted service (performance of contract), to ensure security and improve the Platform (legitimate interest), and to send operational communications about your account.
4. Sharing
We use processors for cloud hosting, database services and querying the AI platforms we analyze. Sharing is limited to what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfer
Part of the infrastructure may be located outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt safeguards compatible with the LGPD.
6. Retention
We keep data while the account is active and for applicable legal periods after closure. Analytical data may be kept in aggregated, anonymized form.
7. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures proportional to risk: encryption in transit, per-organization access control and activity logging.
8. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and revoke consent. Requests are handled through the contact channel at the end of this page.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session operation. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Children and adolescents
The Platform is intended for professional use and is not directed at people under 18.
11. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
